Mod de preparare: Merele se fac suc folosind un storcator. Sucul se pune in pahar cu gheata. <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> Migdalele se lasa la inmuiat peste noapte in multa apa (isi maresc volumul de 2-3 ori). A doua zi se pun in blender cu 3 cani de apa si se mixeaza. Daca nu aveti blender le pisati/zdrobiti foarte bine sau folositi o masina de tocat dupa care le amestecati bine cu apa si strecurati pulpa printr-o panza. Pulpa o puteti folosi la salate. Daca folositi un blender puternic nu va ramane pulpa. Se poate dilua cu apa in functie de concentratia pe care o doriti. Se poate aroma la fel ca laptele din soia cu diferite sucuri de fructe si condimente. Evitati suc de portocale, lamai etc (alimente cu vitamina C) pt ca se taie. Puteti folosi insa, coaja rasa de portocale sau lamaie.</span></span></p>
