A doua zi scurgeti apa, turnati alta… clatiti si scurgeti. Clatirea boabelor trebuie repetata in fiecare dimineata si seara, pana in momentul servirii. Borcanul il tineti acoperit la racoare… pe balcon sau </span></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO">la temperatura camerei (sa nu fie langa calorifer). Il puteti tine la intuneric sau la lumina dar nu in soare direct. Pot fi consumati in orice moment, dar ii valorificati cel mai bine in perioada de cand le-a dat coltul de 2 mm (dupa 2 zile) pana cand le da primele frunze (6-7 zile). Nu vor germina toate semintele in acelasi ritm. In poza sunt germeni de 5 zile. Va puteti da seama dupa cojile verzi, de cate ori si-au dublat marimea.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO"><span style="color:#333333;">Au un miros placut putin parfumat si intepator. In primele 2 zile nu prea au gust, dar pe masura ce cresc gustul este inconfundabil&#8230; fasole cruda (pentru inceput, eu o sa-i prepar pe foc). Germinez in cantitati mici pt ca ar trebui congelati ca sa stagneze cresterea. Ii puteti adauga la orice mancare cruda (daca suportati gustul) sau gatita, doar ca pe foc isi pierd din nutrienti. Cojile vor cadea singure cand clatiti boabele, dar nu este nici o problema daca mai raman cateva. Dupa o saptamana de germinat din 3 linguri de boabe veti avea un castronel de germeni.</span></span></span></p>

Il puteti tine la intuneric sau la lumina dar nu in soare direct. Pot fi consumati in orice moment, dar ii valorificati cel mai bine in perioada de cand le-a dat coltul de 2 mm (dupa 3-4 zile) pana cand le da primele frunze (9-10 zile). Nu vor germina toate semintele in acelasi ritm. In poza sunt germeni de 7 zile&#8230; culoarea rosiatica incepe sa apara dupa ce a crescut radacina&#8230; cele 2 &#8220;petale&#8221; nu sunt frunze ci bobul care s-a desfacut.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Au un usor miros de seminte prajite si gustul asemanator semintelor de lapte (cele crude/neuscate din timpul verii). Gustul dispare usor pe masura ce cresc, dar nu este inlocuit cu cel de iarba. Eu fac in cantitati mici pt ca ar trebui congelati ca sa stagneze cresterea. Ii puteti adauga la orice mancare cruda sau gatita, doar ca pe foc isi pierd din nutrienti. Dupa cateva zile de germinat se va desprinde o pojghita semi-transparenta de pe boabe, care poate fi consumata dar va &#8220;scapa&#8221; din borcan cand clatiti boabele. Puteti consuma din germeni cate putin in fiecare zi, pe parcurs ce cresc. </span></span></p>

Nu vor germina toate semintele in acelasi ritm. Se vede si in imagine ca (dupa 6 zile de germinare) unele sunt mai mici.. altele mai mari. In primele zile au gustul si mirosul foarte puternic&#8230; parfumat.. care se pierde pe masura ce cresc. Astfel ca dupa 3-4 zile incep sa aibe un usor gust de fasole cruda. Eu fac in cantitati mici pt ca ar trebui congelati ca sa stagneze cresterea. Ii puteti adauga la orice mancare cruda sau gatita, doar ca pe foc isi pierd din nutrienti. Pe masura ce cresc se inmoaie o parte din coji (cele maro din imagine) si se desprind singure, dar nu patiti nimic daca le mancati. Puteti consuma din germeni cate putin in fiecare zi, pe parcurs ce cresc. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Daca nu ati mai mancat seminte incoltite va recomand sa incepti cu acestea. Se fac cel mai repede si dupa parerea mea au cel mai bun gust. </span></span>Am gasit (si testat) mai multe variante de germinare, dar la mine cel mai bine a mers in borcan cu semi-intuneric la racoare. Avantajul este ca pot privi prin borcan in ce stadiu sunt semintele, fara a desface capacul. Veti gasi capacul (pe interior) si peretii borcanului transpirati&#8230; semn ca se intampla ceva acolo <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </span></span></p>
