<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#333333;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO"> Hrisca si nuca se lasa peste noapte la inmuiat in multa apa. A doua zi se scurg. Varza se lasa 30-60 minute in apa (la desarat), in functie de cat de sarata o vrem. Nuca, ceapa si patrunjelul se toaca marunt, iar morcovul se da pe razatoarea mica. Se condimenteaza cu sare, piper, nucsoara. Dupa ce ati amestecat compozitia taiati frunzele de varza in 2, decupand nervurile. Intr-un capat al fruzei puneti o lingura cu varf din compozitie si indoiti coltul spre interior. Aduceti si marginile pe interior, apoi rulati strans pana se termina frunza. Faceti o salata din rosiile date pe razatoare, nervurile de la varza tocate si ulei. Asezati sarmalele in farfurie apoi puneti salata pe langa si printre ele. Decorati cu patrunjel. Puteti adauga putin ardei iute in salata de rosii. Mi-au iesit 17 sarmale mari.</span></span></span></p>

Este varianta sanatoasa a bulionului. In comert se gasesc simple sau in ulei. Eu am folosit simple pt ca cele in ulei mi se par prea gretoase.</span></span></p>
