<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> Semintele si cerealele se pun de seara intr-un vas cu apa la inmuiat, iar a doua zi se pun in blender cu merele tocate marunt si jumatate de cana din apa in care au stat. Se mixeaza totul si daca este nevoie mai adaugati apa. Cand serviti presarati scortisoara si sirop de artar.</span></span></p>
