Le puneti in blender cu o cana de apa si mixati bine dupa care filtrati sucul printr-o panza curata. Puneti restul ingredientelor dupa gust. Daca doriti puteti adauga putin morcov ras, ceapa, castravete, masline tocate marunt&#8230; dar mie mi-a placut si simpla. Pulpa o puteti folosi la alte mancaruri fierte sau ca tratament cosmetic.</span></span></p>

Se condimenteaza si se serveste rece cu o lingura de ulei de masline si cuburi de gheata vara. Vara puteti tine supa cateva ore la frigider inainte de a o servi. In functie de preferinte/sezon puteti schimba rapoartele intre legume sau mai puteti adauga: frunze telina, patrunjel , suc de lamaie, otet, avocado, masline, ceapa verde, crutoane sau fulgi de ovaz etc.</span></span></p>
