Ingrediente: 150 gr tofu, 2-3 linguri &#8220;lapte&#8221; sau &#8220;smantana&#8221; de soia, 2 fire marar, 2 fire patrunjel, 1 fir ceapa verde.
Mod de preparare: Tofu se piseaza bine cu furculita si se amesteca impreuna cu verdeturile tocate marunt si laptele de soia. Castanele se spala intr-un bol cu apa si se cresteaza cu cutitul (un x in partea unde sunt mai deschise la culoare). Crestati cu cutitul pana ajuneti la miez. Taieturile se vor largi in timpul coptului. Apoi se pun intr-o tava acoperita (sau in cuptor) la foc mic aproximativ 30 min, timp in care le amestecam de cateva ori. Cand incepe sa miroasa a seminte prajite verificam o castana daca este coapta. Miezul trebuie sa aibe consistenta asemanatoare cartofului copt si sa fie dulceag. Nu faceti multe pt ca reci nu sunt la fel de bune si 10-15 bucati sunt suficiente pt o persoana. Pe o suprafata dreapta se intinde o folie alimentara, se ia o bucata din compozitie si se da prin faina pe toate partile dupa care se intinde cu facaletul  pe folie. Se lasa la grosimea 2-3 mm si se decupeaza diferite forme cu cutitul. Biscuitii se pun intr-o tava subtire pe hartie de copt si se tin cam 20 min la 200 grade in cuptorul electric.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> Castravetele se taie la lungimea de 13 cm si se feliaza subtire cu o razatoare in V. Se presara sare pe toate feliile si se lasa sa stea 30 min la scurs. Semintele se rasnesc si se amesteca cu tofu pisat, 2 fire de marar tocate si restul ingredientelor. Amestecati bine cu mana si daca este nevoie adaugati 1-2 linguri apa. Pe o felie de castravete se pune tofu cu lingura dupa care se ruleaza si se leaga cu o codita de marar. Rulourile pot fi lasate si fara &#8221;cordon&#8221; pt ca nu se desfac. Ies mai bune daca folositi tofu mai moale (facut in casa)</span></span></p>

Se aseamana la gust cu salata &#8220;a la ruse&#8221;. Boabele de mazare pot fi lasate intregi, dar daca le pisati va lasa impresia ca are maioneza desi nu are. Apa in care a fiert mazarea se poate pastra in sticla in frigider (2-3 zile) pt a fi folosita la alte mancaruri.</span></span></p>
