<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> Laptele se incalzeste (sa fie caldut nu fiebinte) si se dizova drojdia in el. Se lasa sa stea 5-10 min. Faina, sarea, scortisoara si fructoza se amesteca apoi se cern si se toarna impreuna cu laptele in blender. Se amesteca bine. Se incinge o tigaie care nu lipeste si se toarna din pasta obtinuta. Daca turnati direct din vasul blenderului vor iesi perfect rotunde. Cand toata suprafata clatitei si-a schimbat culoarea (in crem) folositi o spatula subtire pe care o treceti usor pe sub marginea clatitei de jur imprejur apoi sub toata clatita si o intoarceti. Eu am facut marimi diferite ca sa le pot aranja ca in imagine. Cand serviti, ungeti fiecare clatita cu sirop de artar si presarati migdale maruntite si nuca de cocos. Punteti incerca si cu fructe proaspete sau uscate.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"></span><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Reteta este adaptata dupa reteta de pe blogul Inei. Data viitoare o sa incerc si cu lapte preparat in casa (caz in care se va mari cantitatea de fructoza) si voi incerca sa le fac mai groase.. probabil mai multa faina/drojdie.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> Portocala si grefa se desfac felii si se curata de toate cojile. Felia de ananas se taie in 8 sau mai multe bucati. Fructele se tin 10-20 min in otet balsamic (sau vin) cu zahar si alte condimente (scortisoara, cuisoare). Se intorc din cand in cand. Se alterneaza fructele pe frigaruile de lemn care au fost tinute 30 de minute in apa (ca sa nu se arda pe gratar). Frigaruile pregatite se tin pe gratar cam 15-20 min. Daca folositi gratar pentru aragaz, (care are vas de apa) puteti pune in apa scortisoara si cuisoare. Se servesc calde presarate cu scortisoara,zahar brun si sosul in care au stat marinate. Puteti adauga si o inghetata de fructe.</span></span></p>

Se amesteca cu banana taiata, nuca, zaharul si scortisoara.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Se poate prepara si din alte grane sau combinatii de grane, poate fi servit cu diferite sosuri si legume fripte sau fierte sau cu fructe daca se doreste a fi desert. In asia se consuma la oricare din mese in functie de restul ingredientelor. Este de asemenea considerat aliment &#8211; medicament cand este combinat cu diferite plante terapeutice.</span></span></p>
