Mod de preparare: Alunele se maruntesc cu rasnita de cafea si se amesteca bine cu siropul, apoi intindeti pe felii de paine prajita si seviti la micul dejun cu ceai de afine. Pasta ramasa o puteti pastra cateva zile la frigider.

<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#333333;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO"> Laptele se pune intr-o oala pe foc dar nu se da in fiert. Se adauga iaurtul sau fermentul, se pune intr-un vas acoperit care se infasoara intr-o punga de plastic si mai multe prosoape si se tine la cald peste noapte (8-12 ore). Cu cat se tine mai mult la fermentat cu atat va fi mai acrisor. Pentru a opri fermentatia se pune la frigider 2 ore. Se consuma in maxim 3 zile. Din iaurt se opresc 200 ml cu care se fermenteaza alt lapte. Procedeul se poate repeta de 5-6 ori dupa care se foloseste un iaurt cumparat sau un pic de ferment. Eu am folosit ferment care se poate procura de la distribuitorii de aparate pentru preparat lapte si iaurt din soia (de pe internet). Se poate servi cu cereale si fructe la micul dejun sau cu salate si alte mancaruri.</span></span></span></p>
