Fierbeti cannelloni conform instructiunilor de pe ambalaj si clatiti-le cu apa rece. Faceti si sosul punand toate ingredientele in mixer (eu le-am tocat) si apoi turnati-l in tava. Umpleti pastele cu vinete folosind o lingurita, apoi le puneti peste sos si bagati in cuptorul incins. Dupa 10 minute de stat in cuptor, luati cu o lingura sos din tava si puneti peste cannelloni. Mai lasati inca 10 minute.</span></span></p>

Umpleti pastele cu ciuperci folosind o lingurita, apoi le puneti peste sos si bagati in cuptorul incins. Dupa 10 minute de stat in cuptor, luati cu o lingura sos din tava si puneti peste cannelloni. Mai lasati inca 10 minute. Puteti servi cu un vin alb sec (daca tot ati deschis sticla <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> ).</span></span></p>

Intr-o oala care nu lipeste se pun la calit in 2-3 linguri apa ciupercile taiate si usturoiul tocat. Se condimenteaza si se tine acoperit (cam 5 min) amestecand din cand in cand si adaugand apa. Dupa ce au fiert taiteii se varsa peste un ciurel in chiuveta si se clatesc cateva secunde in apa rece, apoi se adauga peste ciuperci. Daca este nevoie se mai pune putina apa ca sa nu se lipeasca. Se tin 1-2 min si se opreste focul. Se adauga uleiul si oregano si se serveste stropit cu putina lamaie. Daca vreti mai iute puteti pune putin ardei iute cand fierbeti ciupercile.</span></span></span></p>
