<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Ingrediente:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> 1 kg cartofi, 800 gr morcov, 400 gr pastarnac, un borcan (de 800 gr) castraveti acri, un borcan (de 800 gr) gogosari acri, 2 linguri mustar, 1/2 lamaie, 3 linguri ulei de masline presat la rece, sare, piper.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> Legumele se fierb in coaja dupa care se curata si se toaca marunt impreuna cu acritura. Se opresc 1/3 cartofi pt maioneza si un castravecior si un ardei pt ornat. Cartoful se piseaza si se amesteca bine cu uleiul, mustarul, 3 linguri suc de lamaie si 3 linguri apa. Se ameteca legumele cu maioneza si se pune sare si piper dupa gust. Proportiile de legume sunt orientative (mie imi place cu mult morcov). Puteti pune si alte legume fierte: mazare, porumb, telina etc. </span></span></p>
