<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#333333;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO"> Soia spalata se lasa peste noapte la inmuiat in multa apa. A doua zi se pune la fiert cu totul si se completeaza cu apa proaspata. Dupa ce s-au inmuiat strecuram boabele si le facem pasta impreuna cu maslinele. Condimentam cu sare si adaugam uleiul. Daca vreti mai moale, puteti adauga cateva linguri de apa in care a fiert soia. In imagine se vede doar jumatate din cantitatea care a rezulat. Puteti pastra 2-3 zile la frigider.</span></span></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#333333;"><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO">Veti simti diferenta intre un pate vegetal preparat in casa si unul cumparat. In primul caz gustul este cu mult mai intens. Puteti inlocui maslinele cu ciuperci (fripte sau fierte), spanac oparit, verdeturi uscate (patrunjel, ceapa verde, marar, praf de usturoi). Boabele de soia le puteti inlocui cu orice tip de fasole, linte, mazare, naut.</span></span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> Frunzele de salata le lasati intregi sau le taiati in 2, frunzele de plante aromatice le lasati intregi. Legumele se taie in fasii lungi si subtiri. Asezati ingredientele pe o farfurie si puneti apa intr-o farfurie intinsa.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">In momentul servirii fiecare isi prepara &#8220;sandwich-ul&#8221;: Hartia de orez se umezeste 2-3 secunde in farfuria cu apa, pe ambele parti, apoi se lasa pe un prosop curat 1-2 minute pana se inmoaie (chiar daca unele parti au ramas putin mai tari, nu are nimic, pana il preparati se va inmuia complet). Punem hartia pe o farfurie si asezam intai frunzele mai mari, cele de salata, dupa care punem ingredientele mai mici. Legumele trebuiesc puse doar pe una din jumatatile hartiei, cealalta ramanand libera pentru a putea infasura. Strangeti apoi toate legumele cu ajutorul salatei (le infasurati in salata) apoi infasurati totul in hartia de orez, le strangeti sa nu cada si mancati cu mana. Le puteti servi simple sau pregatiti un sos inainte. Eu am facut un sos sarat (o lingura sos de soia diluata cu o lingura de apa) si unul acrisor (o lingura suc de lamaie cu o lingura ulei de masline). &#8220;Scufundati&#8221; nem-ul in sos si apoi muscati.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Puteti experimenta cu ingredientele nem-ului cat si cu sosurile. Puteti incerca sa faceti sosuri mai groase din legume fierte si pasate.. diluate cu apa in care au fiert. De exemplu un sos din fasole cu ceapa sau sos de rosii picant.</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> Dovlecelul se taie lung in fasii groase de 1 cm iar ardeiul tot pe lung in 2-3 bucati. Ceapa se taie rondele mari. Se pun toate pe gratar (ardeiul cu coaja in jos) si se lasa pana se inmoaie. Ceapa se va face prima, iar dovlecelul ultimul. Feliile de paine le frigeti pe ambele parti apoi le ungeti pe partea din interior cu putin ulei &#8211; 2 felii si 2 felii cu suc de lamaie, astfel incat fiecare sandwich va avea o felie cu ulei si una cu lamaie. Alternati legumele si adaugati dupa preferinte si alte legume crude. Se poate servi si rece.</span></span></p>

Pasta se amesteca bine si se formeaza cu mana turte. Rosia, castravetele si ciuperca se taie felii si se alterneaza legumele in sandvwich. Verdeata proaspata si firul de ceapa le-am pus netocate iar turta de tofu am pus-o intre frunzele de salata.</span></span></p>
