<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="color:#333333;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;" lang="RO"> Lintea spalata se lasa peste noapte la inmuiat in multa apa. A doua zi se pune la fiert cu totul si se completeaza cu apa proaspata. Spre deosebire de celelalte soiuri de linte aceasta fierbe mai mult si ramane cu bobul intreg. Dupa jumatate de ora de fiert se adauga sfecla taiata cubulete si telina tocata marunt. Dupa inca jumatate de ora adaugam cartoful (pe care il taiem putin mai mare decat telina) si ceapa tocata. Cand cartoful este fiert (15-20 min) punem rosiile date pe razatoare si mai lasam 5 minute. Serviti cu leustean si o lingura de ulei presat la rece sau o lingura suc de lamaie.</span></span></span></p>

Ciupercile le punem taiate in jumatate. Putem adauga plante aromatice in timpul fieberii. Cand cartoful este fiert (dupa 20-30 min) stingem focul si lasam sa se raceasca putin. Oprim cateva ciuperci pentru decor iar restul legumelor le mixam bine in blender cu tot cu supa in care au fiert. Condimentam si adaugam uleiul de masline si migdalele rasnite pudra. Va rezulta o supa foarte cremoasa. Ornam cu ciuperci si plante aromatice din belsug. Rozmarinul si salvia le tocati marunt pentru ca au aroma puternica. Daca vreti sa folositi migdale pt ornat, acestea trebiesc tinute minim 2 ore in apa, sa se umfle, dupa care le decojiti si le rupeti in jumatate.</span></p>

In momentu servirii adaugati in farfurie putin marar si oprional o lingura de ulei de masline presat la rece.</span></span></p>
