<p style="text-align:justify;">Daca vrem ceai simplu este suficient sa lasam o lingurita de plante intr-o cana de apa timp de 12 ore (sau peste noapte) dupa care strecuram si avem ceaiul… foarte aromat si chiar caldut, daca macerarea s-a produs pe calorifer.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Presupunand ca vrem sa upgradam banalul ceai macerat peste noapte la suc cu bule, durata de macerare-fermentare va fi diferita: vara 2-3 zile, iar iarna 5-6 zile. Vara poate sta in orice loc la temperatura camerei, iar iarna obligatoriu langa o sursa de caldura (calorifer).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Aroma este data de fructele si plantele din care o facem. Socata se face doar cu flori de soc, dar eu am incercat si cu izma, cimbrisor de camp, hibiscus, coriandru, fenicul, musetel, batoane de scortisoara, anghinare, kiwi, mere, ananas atat simple cat si combinatii intre ele. Practic faceti cu ce aveti in casa: condimente si fructe uscate, proaspete sau congelate.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Fermentarea este lactica iar ca sursa de probiotice vom folosi ori mierea (ce contine enzime capabile sa faca acest lucu in contact cu apa) sau fructe cu coaja inchisa la culoare (stafide negre, prune, curmale – pe coaja carora traiesc enzime ce produc fermentarea).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Dar sa lasam palavrageala si sa trecem la reteta. Luam una bucata borcan mare, sau oala de lut, sau ce are fiecare acasa, o umplem cu apa si adaugam suc de lamaie dupa gust (cam 3 lamai la 5 litri de apa).</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Atentie !!! Stoarcem lamaile numai dupa ce le-am razuit si am pus coaja in miere. Mierea astfel aromata poate fi folosita la limonade sau bombonele raw.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Revenind la sucul nostru, adaugam aromele: fructe, flori, condimente si frunze parfumate si apoi miere sau stafide. In cazul celor 5 litri de apa ne trebuie cam ¾ miere dintr-un borcan de 800 de grame, adik vreo 750 gr miere. Nu va speriati ca iese prea dulce. Bacteriile papa zaharul iar dupa 5 zile va fi acrisoara. Puteti incerca si cu mai putina miere, insa va fermenta mai greu. In loc de miere incercati cu 1-2 cani de stafide negre. Nu va fi la fel de gustos ca cel cu miere dar va avea cu siguranta toata lista de probiotice ca si primul.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Lamaia este optionala. Eu am acrit si cu tije de rubarba si cred ca ar merge si cu corcoduse sau doar kiwi. Amestecati zilnic in borcan pt ca are nevoie de aer proaspat.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Sucul gata acidulat trebuie strecurat si tinut in sticle la frigider. Odata pornit pe calea lui nu se va opri din fermentat decat la otet (trecand prin vin) asa ca va recomand sa-l gatati in 2-3 zile cat timp este in stadiul de bors.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Daca au trecut mai multe zile si sucul nu e gata, sau are o tenta de vin, inseamna ca nu a avut suficienta hrana pt bacterii (miere/stafide) ori a fost prea frig pentru ele.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Obs! Fermentarea cu stafide se duce direct in alcool fara sa treaca prin lactic. Deci daca faceti cu stafide asteptati-va sa aibe ceva mai mult alcool.</p>

<p>Tocati rosiile si patrunjelul, pisati usturoiul si le amestecati cu sare si mult suc de lamaie. Rasniti susanul si incorporati in salata apoi adaugati ulei.</p>
<p><strong>Imbunatatirile:</strong> Am eliminat cerealele pt ca <a href="http://www.romaniaraw.ro/cerealele-t497.html" target="_blank">nu sunt sanatoase</a>. Am rasnit susanul ca sa poata fi digerat. Am pus mai mult suc de lamaie care dizolva grasimile (susanul si uleiul) si ajuta la absorbtia eficienta a fierului din patrunjel.</p>

<p>Taiati ciupercile si ceapa in felii apoi amestecati cu patrunjel, telina in sare, si ulei. Rupeti salata cu mana si asezati-o in bol. Peste ea puneti felii subtiri de dovlecel si stropiti cu suc de lamaie. Asezati in centru amestecul de ciuperci.</p>

<p>Telina in sare este sosul de soia romanesc. E usor de facut. Va trebuie doar o telina (radacina cu frunze) si sare de muraturi. Spalati si curatati apoi radeti radacina pe razatoarea mica si tocati frunzele marunt. Intr-un borcan oparit puneti un strat de telina unul de sare pana se termina telina. Presati bine cu furculita si puneti capacul. Se poate pastra in beci sau la frigider. Adaugati cate o lingura in salata in loc de sare.</p>

<p>Adevarul despre dieta cruda il veti afla cand veti simti singuri rezultatul. Depinde de voi daca vreti sa incercati sau nu. Dar daca totusi decideti sa nu incercati ar fi mai bine sa va abtineti de la pareri pt ca nu-ti poti forma o concluzie corecta despre un lucru pe care nu l-ai testat vreodata inainte. E ca si cand te-ai uita la mine cum mananc un fruct pe care tu nu l-ai incercat dar esti sigur ca stii ce gust simt eu in acel moment.</p>
