<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> Telina, castravetele, usturoul, ceapa si ardeiul se toaca marunt si se pun in blender. Rosia se cresteaza cu cutitul (un x) in partea opusa cotorului si se da pe razatoarea mare (coja va ramane in mana). Se adauga si sucul e rosii in blender si se mixeaza toate pana se face pasta. Se condimenteaza si se serveste rece cu o lingura de ulei de masline si cuburi de gheata vara. Vara puteti tine supa cateva ore la frigider inainte de a o servi. In functie de preferinte/sezon puteti schimba rapoartele intre legume sau mai puteti adauga: frunze telina, patrunjel , suc de lamaie, otet, avocado, masline, ceapa verde, crutoane sau fulgi de ovaz etc.</span></span></p>

Pasta se amesteca bine si se formeaza cu mana turte. Rosia, castravetele si ciuperca se taie felii si se alterneaza legumele in sandvwich. Verdeata proaspata si firul de ceapa le-am pus netocate iar turta de tofu am pus-o intre frunzele de salata.</span></span></p>

Se presara sare pe toate feliile si se lasa sa stea 30 min la scurs. Semintele se rasnesc si se amesteca cu tofu pisat, 2 fire de marar tocate si restul ingredientelor. Amestecati bine cu mana si daca este nevoie adaugati 1-2 linguri apa. Pe o felie de castravete se pune tofu cu lingura dupa care se ruleaza si se leaga cu o codita de marar. Rulourile pot fi lasate si fara &#8221;cordon&#8221; pt ca nu se desfac. Ies mai bune daca folositi tofu mai moale (facut in casa)</span></span></p>

<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Ingrediente:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> o ceasca de mazare (boabe uscate), 2-3 linguri boabe porumb, 4-5 castraveti in otet, o lingura ulei de masline presat la rece, o lingura suc lamaie, piper, sare.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO">Mod de preparare:</span></strong><span style="font-size:10pt;color:black;" lang="RO"> Mazarea se lasa peste noapte la inmuiat in multa apa (isi mareste volumul de 2-3 ori). A doua zi se fierbe dupa care se scurge de apa si se face pasta. Se amesteca cu porumbul si castravetii taiati marunt. Se condimenteaza dupa gust. Se aseamana la gust cu salata &#8220;a la ruse&#8221;. Boabele de mazare pot fi lasate intregi, dar daca le pisati va lasa impresia ca are maioneza desi nu are. Apa in care a fiert mazarea se poate pastra in sticla in frigider (2-3 zile) pt a fi folosita la alte mancaruri.</span></span></p>
